Can my Toshiba Mini NB-205 netbook’s graphics card be upgraded to the nVidia ion?

I noticed a back panel that seems to allow access to the motherboard. I know you can access the ram, but can you access the graphics card? I’m just still mad having bought this a week before the first netbook with the nVidia ion came out for the same price, and I really want to keep this machine up with technology.
Ok, I can’t replace the graphics card, but can I get a new motherboard all together?
No, the graphic card is integrated into the motherboard, you cannot upgrade it separately.
